between the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager and team members.
Function daily operations of running, training and supervising the store
and its employees. Foster an environment in which customers experience
great services with the store and its employees. Employees are motivated
to deliver top performance and to initiate sales. Manage store operations
and to ensure friendly and efficient transactions at checkout. Selected
Contributions:
Created a "Kudos Korner" dry erase board to encourage employee engagement
and satisfaction. This allows employees to freely write something positive
to one another. With employee morale low, "Kudos Korner" encourages that
each and every one is important in the workplace and gives them a feeling

Since I am very sales driven, at the time that I was in the position of
Head Photo (mgr), would post sales of how we were doing in our lab and
where we were at. If sales were down I would show how to reach our goals.
I accomplished reaching over our projected sales goal for the Christmas
holiday and sold more gift items in 2011 than in any other year since I had
started the position in 2003.
In 2004, I had won in both top sales and the district competition twice in
the same year, for selling photo cd's when the company had transitioned to
digital photography.
