* Preparing pert-chart using MS-Project for continuous flow of the

* Clearing of preliminary activities like Vendor Approval,
Contract Agreement, PBG.
* Recruiting of local contractors for survey, assembly, testing,

* Continuous updation of assembly, testing, installation &
erection to the project manager.

Project I: Integrated Substation Automation System (SCADA)

parameters, status of breakers, can be monitored in the HMI as well as in
the Remote Master control Center, Controlling of feeders such as
opening/closing a breaker can be done from locally as well as remotely.

Project II: Feeder Energy Monitoring and control System (FEMCON)
It is a DSP - Micro controller based AMR Meter. It monitors and
stores maximum of 12 feeders 3 phase energy, power, frequency, voltage,
current and power factor. Remote downloading controls the feeder according
to scheduled timings and transformer temperature. It can be monitored and
tripped remotely. It is also called as Mini SCADA.

Project III: GPS BASED TIME SYNCHRONIZATION
It is global positioning system time synchronizer equipment
which precisely and automatically changes the time even with micro seconds.
It receives the signal from the satellites and sends to the control unit
which changes to the discrete mode and shows in the display. We are
synchronizing various numerical relays and even computer system in
400/220/132Kv substations.
It is useful in Generation and Transmission, Railway station, Bus
stand, etc.,
