• To build and share resource plans and resource forecasts with the higher management and Clients which will forecast the
best mix of projects and optimum start dates.
To prepare Weekly status Report for the Weekly calls with Customer about the RAG status of all the projects, Projecting New
demand of resources and maintaining the onshore/offshore ratio.
• RFQ M anagement(Request for Quote) –Updating resource and cost details of the project
as per the plan given by project manager. Update will take place after validating the complete
quote with resource availability and cost. Once I quote the RFQ, it will go to CIO PM for
approval. I will preparing daily / Weekly and Qtr wise M I reports will be publish to all Project
manages and Top Management.
• Execution Plan - Maintaining EP which is a Resource Management tool and holds the
i nformation related to the Projects and the resource allocations against them, it becomes a
v ital source of Information. So keeping EP up-to-date with accurate information becomes
i mperative. Following are the major activities that depend on the EP.
a) Weekly M I pack for Senior Management.
b) Monthly Supply & Demand Report.
c) Monthly BEN Cost Analysis Report.
