. Supervised the field inspection of the civil, mechanical and electrical

work for the Night Shift (11 pm -7 am) during the construction of a new

parallel Runway 36R and related taxiways at Miami International Airport

(MIA).

. Represented the Owner, Miami Dade Aviation Department (MDAD) during the

construction of the New South Terminal and Concourse J, reviewing shop

drawings for compliance with Contract Documents, perform inspections

during installation, preparing punch lists, reviewing Maintenance and

Operating Manuals, participate in the Commissioning of all the Mechanical

and Electrical Systems including Passenger Loading Bridges, Pre-

conditioned Air and 400 Hz System. Provide support to the A/E of Record

in reviewing Change Orders, RFI's and certifying Pay Requests for work

performed so the A/E could sign the Pay Request affidavit. Review and

approve the Record Drawings and As-built Drawings.

. Supervised the construction activities at the Miami-Dade Water and Sewer

Department, Alexander Orr Jr. Water Treatment Plant the removal of

Calcium Carbonate deposits from an on-site Storage Lagoon.

. Supervised the mechanical systems installation of a new South Florida

Water Management District (SFWMD) pumping station consisting of four (4)

470 cubic feet per second (cfs) turbine inline shaft diesel driven pumps

located in the middle of the Florida Everglades, part of the Everglades

Watershed Restoration program.

. Supervised the construction of the Cargo Wharves Strengthening Project at

the Port of Miami (POM).

. Supervised the MEP construction work of the Metrorail extension to MIA at

the Miami Intermodal Center project.
