members addition, loading COB, Medicare info (Part A, B), adding

demographic changes to the clients system, In order to do that I have to do fixing history.

PROJECT 1:

UNIVITA Conseco:

Its a health Insurance company working under Univita Health. It deals with Long Term Care policies of the Health Care Industry. The process of examining the documents submitted by the provider to ensure that the services rendered meets the policy requirements and the approved Plan of Care.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Currently working as an Examiner where we examine the claims of the policy holders and analyze the policy thereby releases the claims in the form of checks. We review billing statements and checks the details of bills captured at Payment Request Module and I am working as a lead person for both indexing and entry people. I was one of the responsible person to filterout out errors which are done by indexing and entry people, i was one of the trainer for both indexing and entry teams and working for both indexing lead and support. Being critical and high end process, it involves more of Analysis of the claims and need to be examined. We review both bills and non bills, details of these(bills&non bills) captured at Benefit Assessment module.

PROJECT 2:

CDHP Product :

ASI decided in 2004 to actively pursue the creation of a Consumer Directed Health Processing system or ASI CDHP, as it became known. This system is able to process claims against consumer directed funds, maintain these funds and work with outside bankcard entities for debit card processing.

CDHP is setting new standards in the healthcare industry, providing administrative solutions that manage sophisticated healthcare processing requirements. This application offers medium and large employers a comprehensive, robust, and flexible way to meet their information needs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Worked as Claims Associate for Consumer Directed Health Plan. As a support analyst, need to perform different tasks which are assigned by the Client.
