Human Resources:
Please find a brief summary of my qualifications for your review.
As part of my current position as an Administrative Assistant/Accounts Payable, as well as my previous position with a large, multinational accounting firm I successfully managed a wide variety of tasks including Reception, binding of documents, scanning, processing and mail for distribution. I was also responsible for billing, invoicing creation and classification of files as well as data entry, recording, coding and arranging for off-site archival storage of files according to retention and disposal policies. In addition to ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of the files, I pride myself on providing professional, friendly and efficient customer service within our often-hectic work environment.
Efficient and dependable, I am equally comfortable taking initiative and working independently or contributing as an integral part of a team. Well organized and able to work within tight time constraints, I am able to multi-task without losing attention to detail. I am proficient in the use of most commonly used office equipment, including multi-line switchboards, copiers, faxes, binding machines and postage meters, scanning and CD burning. In addition I have a working knowledge of MS Office and its components, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Word Perfect and GroupWise
I thank you in advance for taking time to review this application. Please feel free to contact me at home: 454-8700 or on my cell: 483-3758 if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
Patricia Evans
