Synopsis:
Mr.Sherif Senoun has nearly 25 years experience with international
engineering consultants in the middle east mainly in
roads,highways,infrastructure works including sewage, drainage and potable
water lines,under ground services, landscaping,parkings, as well as bridges
construction management and supervision.This experience has been gained
from a series of overseas appointments,the majority in construction
supervision and management of underground services and infrastructure works
as well as residential high rise buildings & compounds, in various
countries mainly in the gulf region.During his field experience with
various consultants he played a leading management role in the
infrastructure and building construction supervision,and was in direct
interface with clients as the Engineer's representative.
His experience includes contract administration,reviewing detailed
design,specifications upto the construction stage,ground
investigation,carrying out site inspections and material testing of
concrete and asphalt works according to AASHTO standards,scheduling and
supervision of construction activities as well as overall quality control
and quality assurance of refurbishment works to assure proper management of
all works and compliance to project specifications.From 1981 to 1983 he
worked as a site civil engineer for the ministry of defence in Egypt
supervising all construction works for a big governmental residential
housing project including all infrastructure works..He was employed then
from 1984 to 1989 by Saudi Engineer Consulting office in Saudi Arabia which
is one of the leading consulting offices in the gulf region in the position
of site civil engineer supervising all works for infrastructure for
Tabarjal-Qurayat expressway(120 km) and Tabuk-Dhuba expressway(110 km).He
was promoted as projects manager from 1990 to 1996 in the same office to be
the head of the civil & highways department and responsible for overall
project management,supervision and follow up of all construction works of
various projects including mainly highways,,infrastructure. buildings.etc
through out Kingdom of Saudi Arabia,as well as management of a large team
of design and construction supervision staff .. Mr. Sherif has also
approval as senior resident engineer from Ministry of Communications in
Saudi Arabia.
In1997 he was appointed for one year by Ital Consult S.A.B in Saudi Arabia
as a Resident Engineer responsible for all site management and supervision
of works related to rehabilitation and improvement of 190 miles of
bituminous roads and reinforced concrete bridges 20 nos as well as related
infrastructure work. in the eastern region of Saudi Arabia .In 1998 he was
appointed by Jouzy & Partners Consultant in Dubai as resident engineer for
all works related to several car parks and internal access roads through
out Dubai city,including all related underground services,water lines,sewage,drainage,street lighting,road crossings etc..then during year 1999
he worked with De Leuw Cather Overseas Ltd,a branch of Parsons
International in Dubai in the position of assistant resident engineer for
Dubai airport access roads and parking Phase 1 including
interchanges,roads,tunnel works and bridges construction as well as all
infrastructure works related to service authorities.
From 2000 upto 2001 he worked with Mott Macdonald Ltd in Dubai as an
assistant resident engineer for internal roads in Satwa district in Dubai
city including infrastructure works,then from 2001 to 2002 he worked with
Al Turath Engineering Consultant in Dubai as a resident engineer for
levelling works project for Al Warsan-1 Area in Dubai.From 3/2003 up to
12/2004 he joined Orascom for Road Construction Company in Egypt,a branch
of Orascom for Construction and Industries International in the position
of construction manager for a big expressway project
between Cairo and Ein Sokhna,the work includes construction of 15 km of 3
lane dual carriageway between Cairo and Ein Al Sokhna port and includes
earthworks,asphalt,concrete works as well as all related infrastructure
and miscellaneous works. From 5/2005 upto 25/12/2008 Mr.Sherif Senoun
joined KEO International Consultants in Doha Qatar as Asst .Resident
Engineer (Infrastructure) for Housing Development project Lot 1,2 (BP no
6A,6B).then ARE (Infra) for a multi million US $ project of Al Shaqab
Equestrian Academy. From 25/12/2008 upto date Eng. Sherif is working
with ACE Consultant as Senior Structural Engineer for Lusail Under Ground
Car Parks (4 Nos) Project of total cost 300.000 US $ which is regarded as
the biggest underground car park in the middle east.
This vast experience gained by Mr.Sherif during past 28 years in civil
engineering construction management and infrastructure construction enables
him to play a leading management role in any project related to civil work
mainly highways,bridges and infrastructure as well as buildings
construction management and supervision.

bridges, widening of 60 km of Dammam -Abu Hadriya Expressway and
