1000 people.
The ability to supervise and delegate responsibility to crew members
to run a succesful food operation. With the access to Food Service Manager,
has the authority to change the menu, order food on a daily basis, t rack how
m uch need to be order, to consistently be able to have your operation push
out between 500 and 2000 meals on a daily basis. Over 100 hours
