Assumed responsibilities for internal development of such modules when COTS solutions are not available.
• Oversee all verification and validation of the QMES in order to support Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements.
• Applied appropriate design standards and sound engineering practices consistent with the guidelines of FDA and other certifying and standards setting boards as appropriate.
• Ensured that the QMES and all of its modules are thoroughly documented and archived within KCI’s document control system.
• Managed preparation and presentation of QMES training materials to ensure that the full range of features available from the QMES are understood and properly used.
• Perform and oversee IQ/OQ/PQ of several equipment’s and machineries at the manufacturing facility to ensure they all meet the requirements.
