. Working as Manufacturing Engineer. Look for planning of product and

process for Piston Compressor (Local & Export).

. Responsible for solving tooling's related issues of various parts of

compressors and its assemblies.

. Standard time calculation & Defining routing hours for new machines

and subassemblies.

. Define, implement, monitor & upgrade processes & systems as per

requirement of QMS, EMS & OHSAS.

. Design, set up & implement process & facility for NPD projects in

coordination with intra depts.

. Check & analyses for the improvement in productivity, and record.

. Responsible for Maintaining & effective use of Kanban and Two Bin

system.

. Improve quality of product as well as efficiency of process using 5S,

Kaizen.

. Monthly Planning of production and daily production meeting for review

planned and actual.

. Use of BPCS (Business planning & control system) for production

planning and control

for products of compressor.

. Co-ordination with SQA, sourcing and Engineering for better &smooth

flow of production.

. Creating and controlling Quality Documents for exports & local

compressor blocks using QDMS (Quality document management system).

. Controlling all activities related to 'Export consignment' to

overseas customers. (Documentation, Packing, etc.)
