july 2012 working as a Time keeper.

* Collect time card from labours.

* Fill arrival time on each card manually.

* Enter the data of presence and absence of workers on computer.

* Take printout the data and check the labours physically on site.

* Check the time of equipments (i.e. generators, crains etc.).

* Report to administration manager about workers.

* Take signature of Eng. Or general foreman on time cards.

* Distribute one by one time card after finish the work.
