generation of business from existing and new customers.

. Managing the channel partners' network, this been an integral part of
the business.
. Maintaining the sales top line and bottom line taking into account
consideration conversion rate, win rates and renewals.
. Managing the sales team, review and monitor monthly progress.

June 2005 - January 2010: C&S Electric Limited
C&S Electric Limited New Delhi, an ISO 9001, is manufacturing and marketing
Switchgear products. I was at Kolkata Region Office and in 2007 was
transferred as Senior Manager - Lucknow Branch for establishing and
developing business in Eastern UP.
My primary responsibilities include;
. Achievement of sales target and enhanced business by more than 30%
over previous year.
. Developed and strengthened the stockists' network, to enhance business
at various target business centers.
. Achieved improvement in collection by reducing the average collection
period from 55 days to 48 days.
. Management of receivables and customer order execution.
In the financial year, 2008 - 2009 Lucknow branch awarded trophy for
