Backoffice Responsibilities:

• Releasing the client’s payment and managing the accounts payable.

• Daily follow up with the debtors and managing the accounts receivables.

• Brokerage remittance to Branches

• Daily fund transfer through bank for pay-in obligation.

• Correspondence with the Exchanges (MCX and NCDEX) and Financial Institution.

• Maintaining Additional Base Capital (ABC debit) with Exchange for trading purpose

and limits.

• Participate in daily meetings with the Directors and on different client related brokerage

issues and daily remmitances.

• Investing the excess funds of the company in interest bearing instruments. Equity

portfolio for long term investments.

• Supervising on monthly service tax payment done on time.

• Deduction and remittance of Tax at source.

• Reconciliation reports, preparation of reports using MS Excel, auditing.

• Reporting to Director Team Leader.
