and 40 minutes, at speeds of up to 220 mph, and will interconnect with other transportation alternatives,
providing an environmentally friendly option to traveling by plane or car. As Risk Management Manager,
created segment’s 30% Preliminary Engineering WBS and schedule. Developed EVM metrics and
weighting schema for measuring progress and reporting. Led Risk Management program using PMI’s
Risk Management Lifecycle framework. Facilitated monthly Risk Management meetings, performed
