I was a Roving fire watch in the Diesel Generator Building making sure there was nothing burning or
any unusual odors or any type of haze present in the area. I pulled Orex laundry in High Rad and
Non - High Rad areas in the RCA. In the RCA building and in the Facilities building, I moped and
vacuum floors making sure they were clean and free of dirt. I also decon tools so they could be
smeared and removed from the RCA and returned back to hot tool room.

I maintain accountability to insure all inmates were present, I observe and document unusual
behavior, I monitor inmates while they were mixing chemicals so they didn’t under mix or over
mix the chemicals, I pat search each Inmate that had access to the chemical room making sure
they didn’t hide any chemicals to take back to the dormitories, I ordered chemicals and supplies
for the facility, and once the supplies reach the warehouse I would take my original order form
to the warehouse and check the inventory for accuracy, then I would transport the bulk of my
supplies to the chemical convex keeping a inventory of all supplies in the convex, and I
transported only the chemical needed inside the institution while maintaining a different
inventory sheet for the inside chemical room, I perform routine and random cell/pat searches, I
inspected fire extinguishers inside and outside the facility making sure they were up to date and
signed off and if they needed to be service I would transport them to the fire station to be
serviced, I also supervised six Inmates on a paint detail making sure they didn’t mix the oil
base paint with water base paint, I also made sure they didn’t make any weapons out of the
supplies they had to paint with.
