Chronology of Related Experience:
July 2011 - March 2013 (Reduction in Work Force due to Sequester): Test
and Evaluation Engineer for TASC, Inc. Performed system testing and
provided program and technical management/support for conducting Test and
Evaluation (T&E) of the Program's automated information systems (AIS)
utilizing best practices and creating cost savings. Provided management
and T&E support for the Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC)
Programs, assisted with TASC proposals, supported other T&E Engineers, and
included the following responsibilities:
- Prepare, manage, and monitor the JITC Program's Task fiscal budgets
using Microsoft Office Products - Word, PowerPoint, and Project
- Provide guidance and training to the T&E Engineers to maintain
knowledge of JITC's requirements in a constantly changing environment
- Represent JITC to the Program Management Office (PMO) at meetings and
teleconferences

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems (NGMS) through December 2009). Performed
supervisory and personnel management duties and functions as the first-line
manager to seven assigned employees. Primary responsibility was to provide
leadership, and perform business development and management oversight of
ten projects and duties of the TASC Indian Head Operations Manager.
Additional responsibilities included performing as the TASC Site Manager in
his absence, managing over 90 Tasks and 60 employees. Secondary duties
involved program and technical management duties as they relate to
conducting T&E of AIS of varying complexity and sizes. Advised and
consulted with the JITC government customers and their clients on
information technology systems' interoperability certification
requirements. Analyzed and identified information exchange deficiencies

- Project lead, supervising over 20 network engineers during
Novell/GroupWise to Windows NT/Exchange migration for over 1200 users and
