Construction Control and oversight on a number of Fry's Stores and
warehouses as well as private and commercial projects for the owner's,
including private residences, golf courses and other privately owned
buildings.

Charges consisted of heavy earthwork, major infrastructure, barging,

GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT OF CONSTRUCTION/OPERATIONS
$300 Million in projects varying from large residential tracts with
commercial and retail to design-Build fillers in Nevada and Northern and
Southern California including Hawaii. Provided all liaison work between,
lenders, pre-design impacts and alternatives, brokers, securing all needed
reports from geo-tech/soils, environmental impacts (burring owls, green
frogs, etc.) approvals from all concerned entities.
