valves etc.

. Daily report makes on excel sheet with the help of DCS running parameters

. In depth process knowledge of power plant start up, shutdown and normal

running activities.

. Monitoring Operating & Maintenance of Ash handling & Biogas Burner

system.

. 2*170TPH boiler operation & maintenance of all problem regarding to

Instrumentation.

. Handling the operation of PRDS 100 kg/cm2 to 64kg/cm2, 32 kg/cm2 to 10 &

4.5, 1.5 kg/cm2 for the process use of steam.

Technical skills:-

. Calibration of Transmitters, Gauges, control valves, pressure switches &

I/P converters.

. Design control circuit ash handling system of co-gen power plant.

. Programming and Logic Development at DCS/PLC (Honeywell, Allen Bredly,

Modicon).
