Shipping Group Leader, Target Corporation September 2011- Present
Responsible for tracking daily LOS for 150,000+ cartons and building staffing plans for 40+ direct reports utilizing
WMS/TMS software. Managed and tracked performance across productivity, quality, and safety metrics for
employees. Conducted hiring, interviewing, and training for all direct reports. Trained new shipping executives in
best practices, systems, and processes as well as guided their acclimatization into the corporate culture. Planned
and executed multiple alignments of 130 door shipping center to efficiently service over 60 major stores located
throughout the mid-Atlantic region of the United States.

retrieval and stocking of 200,000+ cartons daily who were operating numerous varieties of heavy equipment.
Utilized proprietary WMS/TMS software to build plans and track freight throughout the building while meeting
LOS requirements for multiple priorities of product and transporting it efficiently between three additional
departments within the 1.5 million square foot warehouse.

• Evaluated and reorganized warehousing pick sequences in all functions, moving from a 2 to 3 day pick

United States Army Reserve Officer March 2009 - May 2013
Served in multiple positions of increasing responsibility over a four year period in the Army Reserves. Commanded
a 160 personnel Petroleum Supply Company and responsible for the maintenance, supply, accountability,
recruitment, training, and evaluation of all personnel and 16 million dollars of equipment. Served as the Battalion
Operations Officer of 400+ personnel Quartermaster Battalion, responsible for supplying 10,000+ Soldiers and their
supporting equipment with fuel, food, maintenance, medical supplies, and ammunition utilizing multiple WMS/TMS
and ERP systems to manage the levels of each of these classes of supply. Served as the Battalion Executive Officer,
supervising administrative, supply, operations, and intelligence primary staff sections responsible for running every
aspect of a 400+personnel Quartermaster Battalion.
• Consistently recognized as the top Captain within the battalion, and top 10% within the brigade.
• Improved over 20 Company level metrics over a 2 year pyramid while serving as a Company Commander,

Leader responsible for managing the largest communication hub in the Iraqi Theater of Operations as well as the
training, evaluation, accountability and maintenance of 40+ personnel and 20+ million dollars of equipment.
Company Executive Officer and Contracting Officer responsible for the creation, submission, and approval of 5+
million dollars of civilian and government contracts in the US, Germany, Kuwait and Iraq. Brigade
Communications Officer, responsible for the maintenance, employment, and accountability of 60+ million dollars of
advanced civilian and military grade communication equipment in support of 5000+ personnel in the Iraqi Theater of
Operations. Partnered with international forces and the Iraqi Police in developing a comprehensive communication
infrastructure and database solutions which supported 60,000+ emergency service personnel in Baghdad, Iraq.
• Responsible for Platoon being evaluated as the top Platoon in the Brigade (out of 44 platoons).
