PROFESSIONAL SYNOPSIS
Experienced Senior Quality Engineer (QE) with broad based technical knowledge, seeking the opportunity
to apply my skills, talent and capabilities as a Senior Quality Engineer, Quality Manager, or Program
Manager. Significant roles include managing quality improvement teams, ISO Internal Auditor
responsibility and development of Quality certification programs of products and services. Possess an

SENIOR QUALITY ENGINEER
Worked with all models of commercial aircraft seating produced by B/E Aerospace. Responsible for quality
and performance standards on the Manufacturing assembly lines. Lead Quality Engineer tasked with
coordinating Quality Receiving Inspection that included directing seven QA Inspectors, interacting with
receiving personnel, and verifying parts were put to stock correctly. Responsible for the quality metrics of
materials received and directed the flow of material to be inspected. Directed the modification of the
Receiving inspection area to improve material flow. Assisted inspectors with training to support the new
inspection area design. Result was a 35% increase of material input to stock.
Responsible for all Non Conformance Reports (NCRs) written in the facility as well as reviewing,
monitoring, and closing all NCRs. Maintained monthly NCRs totals by responsibility (Manufacturing,
Engineering, Supplier, Quality), and interacted with the responsible area(s) to evaluate NCRs and
eliminate/minimize the non conformance.
Coordinated all Material Review Board (MRB) material from Receiving Inspection and the Manufacturing
lines. All MRB material was quarantined in locked cages and reviewed on a daily basis by Buyers/Suppliers,
Manufacturing, and Engineering. As material was reviewed, a joint decision was made to disposition
material as rework, scrap, return to supplier, or acceptable to use as is.
Direct quality initiatives to improve inspections, interact with the Buyers and Suppliers, and quickly
evaluate problems with incoming materials. Coordinated any manufacturing line quality issues to minimize
impact on Manufacturing and Shipping schedules. Process was to identify issues quickly, evaluate the
impact, implement a viable solution, and verify the solution was successful.
