Construction Maintenance Manager - Waltham, MA (2006 to 2012)
Responsible for coordinating, planning and executing daily maintenance and construction activities through in house personnel and to
selected outside vendors from infancy to completion.
Duties included planning and developing capital project budgets for senior managers, control and manage maintenance expenses,
coordinate outside compliance firm testing activities and manage issues resulting from this testing. Develop concepts plans, permit
projects and manage projects through to final CO. Supervised staff of seven maintenance and project management employees, hire and
evaluating employees.

maintenance technicians in the successful execution of the program. Duties included trouble shooting maintenance problems,
interpreting and closing out NOV’s with government agencies, processing testing results, running compliance upgrade programs, billing
