A network of company owned and operated locations, distributor of gasoline to independent dealers and management company of large

chains of gasoline and convenience stores in the Northeast.

Construction Maintenance Manager - Waltham, MA (2006 to 2012)

Responsible for coordinating, planning and executing daily maintenance and construction activities through in house personnel and to

selected outside vendors from infancy to completion.

Duties included planning and developing capital project budgets for senior managers, control and manage maintenance expenses,

coordinate outside compliance firm testing activities and manage issues resulting from this testing. Develop concepts plans, permit

projects and manage projects through to final CO. Supervised staff of seven maintenance and project management employees, hire and

evaluating employees.

• Razed and rebuilt locations from 1800 to 3700 square feet.

• Added additions and renovated sites to include drive thru and QSR’s.

TYREE MAINTENANCE COMPANY INC., Farmingdale, NY 2002 to 2006

A leading maintenance company that provides service to retail petroleum companies in the Northeast.

Project Manager - Westborough, MA (2002 to 2006)

Responsible for planning and implementing compliance testing programs that meets local, state and federal EPA requirements from

Maine to Virginia at over 1400 Getty and Lukoil gasoline locations. Managed dispatch personnel, clerical assistants, testers and

maintenance technicians in the successful execution of the program. Duties included trouble shooting maintenance problems,

interpreting and closing out NOV’s with government agencies, processing testing results, running compliance upgrade programs, billing

and managing new acquisitions testing programs.

• Successfully completed CARB Stage II upgrade program under budget at over 400 locations in Massachusetts and New Jersey.

• Negotiated new fixed cost testing agreements with all vendors that reduced testing costs 15% from the previous year.

Texaco branded facilities in the US.

Facilities Engineer - Providence, RI (2001 to 2002)

Coordinate maintenance activities for 160 retail gasoline stations in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Connecticut. Duties include

assessing and supervising quality of work performed by contractors. Maintain fueling and facility contracts by updating unit pricing and

equipment changes. Prepare closed locations for transfer, including removal of equipment. Monitor compliance of stations through

electronic monitoring equipment. Perform compliance upgrades as needed.

Responsible for the facility maintenance in a four state, 235 station region. Duties included planning and developing capital projects,

maintaining regions compliance program and monitoring environmental issues.

• Manage 75 station upgraded to meet 1998 EPA compliance regulations.
