Pharmacy. It has around 260 outlets in North India and plans to
touch 300-350 outlets by January 2012. The biggest Warehouse of
the company is in Gurgaon. The company was started in Aug2003.
JOB PROFILE:-
* Handle all the warehouse function.
* Physical Material receiving against PO.
* Making the GRNS (Goods Receiving Note) & finally checking the
GRNS and send the H.O.
* Making Transfer Out (TO).
* Solving missing packages of stores.
* Handling communication Process.
* Maintaining the Warehouse in FIFO basis.
* Maintaining total circle of Inbound and outbound logistics of
the warehouse ranging from material receiving to dispatch of
material.
* Value addition in warehousing as packaging, labeling and storage
of the material, optimum utilization of space.
* Conducting the physical inventory on quarterly basis as well as
cycle counting
* Cyclical Stock Verification process for reliable inventory
control, Batch-wise/Mrp-wise/Expiry-wise.
* Maintenance and filling of records and documents on a day to day
basis.
* Indent down loading, pick list prepared, material pull out of
stocks, making transfer out in system and ready for dispatch to
company outlets and hospital pharmacy.
* Daily reporting of warehouse Activities to Deputy General
Manager.
Achievement:-
* Achievement a fill rate of 90% - 95% and thereby achieved the
pre determined business target.
