Target the low TCH Availability cells to reduce TCH Blocking.
Track of CF faults on daily bases which impact on KPI's and push the O&M team
for rectification.
Follow ups with IP vendors for IP related issues.
Send RCA on daily bases to the customer for abnormal KPI behavior of any BSC.
Customer complaints resolution on given SLA.
Monthly KPI signoff submission to the customer.
Monthly KPI Exclusion submission to the customer.
Dump analysis RL/MO.Tuning BSS parameters related to Handover, Power control,
Location Update, Frequency, Neighbors relation etc.
Planning of a Physical parameter of New Coming sites like Antenna Height, Type,
Tilt, Azimuth, and Location of an antenna.
Resolving various issues of field by Interacting with customers.
