JOB Responsibilities

Job responsibility includes planning, Execution, Programming, Controlling,

Monitoring & Maintenance of building automation System, like HVAC (BMS), Fire alarm

system, Access control System, CCTV, Public address system, fire hydrant system & sprinkler

system. Interface with customer and understand the Requirements of Integrated building

management system to help customer to achieve settled goals and Save energy of the Facility

with the utilization of IBMS System.

Preparing User requirement specification related to IBMS.

Preparing design, Installation, operation, Performance qualification documents related to IBMS.

Leading a BMS operator’s team by allocating different access levels of software`s related to

IBMS

Hands on designing & commissioning of HVAC (JCI METASYS, SIEMENS Desigo insight

VER.4.1 Software’s) BMS by using Commissioning & X works dongle.

Knowledge on BacNet, MODBUS protocols.

Installing & programming of VFD related to HVAC (Allen badly, Siemens, ABB, Danfoss, etc).

Installation & terminating & executing of DDC panel (Siemens PXC series, JCI modules etc)

Hands on commissioning of Access control system (JCI P- 2000, GE Access smart soft ware`s)

by using Commissioning & X works dongle.

Energy management system and testing of the Control systems.

Booking additional jobs from the existing customer e.g. spares requirement, retrofit jobs etc in

order to improve building efficiency.

Responsible for complete handing over cycle from project to service department and taking care

of jobs which are under warranty.

BIOCON LTD – It’s a largest integrated BIO-

PHRAMACITICAL Development Centre, where IBMS has been provided by Siemens & JCI.

Responsibility includes planning, installation, Execution, commissioning, Maintenance, and

Troubleshooting of existing and new projects of building Automation systems. To keep the

IBMS system up all the time as per ISO, USFDA & BIOCON Facility Standard.
