Assignment to Intermountain Health Care Central Lab in Salt Lake City, UT. Responsible for

isolation and identification of respiratory, prenatal vaginal, and urinary tract microbes, setting

up sensitivities, MIC, and manual methods of identification. Performed all Gram Stains

submitted on culture setups and ER workups, including wet preps and KOH preps. Worked a

split shift of days and evenings, approximately 350 cultures per shift. Extended contract to
