PROJECT WORK UNDERTAKEN:

Title : Gas leakage detection and alert system using GSM technique

This project deals with a design of a wireless hazardous gas (LPG) leakage

monitoring system to ensure safety. The system detects the leakage of gas and alerts the

consumer by audio-visual alarm and sends short SMS to the concerned authority and as an

emergency measure the system switches on the exhaust fan. Fuzzy logic is used to

prioritize the actions to be done depends on the severity of the situation.
