in CTS - SRI-SEZ, Chennai.

NATURE OF WORK:

As a system engineer, the responsibilities are engineering support

for the Building Automation Project, Selection of Materials as per the

Specifications & requirements, engineering for the development of new

third party software for Open protocol system, technical support in

Honeywell EBI. Technical & Commissioning support for higher end projects

such as CTS - Business & Financial Sector - Chennai.

( Access Control System:

Installation, Commissioning and Trouble Shooting of Access Control

System, Which includes Access Control Panel, Proximity Reader /Magnetic

Locks, Exit Push Button, Access Configuration for cards, trouble shooting

of converters ( RS 485 TO 232 or RS 232 TO 485 ), and connecting of

Relays for Tripping the Supply of Magnetic Locks in case of any Fire

Alarm Occurs, Commissioning includes creating Access Zones for each

Reader for assigning to the Access Level, and Creating the Access Levels

for Assigning to Card Holders, Creating Status Points to show the door

Status of the particular Door, and Monitoring the Alarms are the

responsibilities.

( CCTV:

Profile includes configuring and installation of Closed Circuit

Television which includes Installation of Cameras & Digital Video

Manager, Configuring the Hardware Setup like the sensing rate for a

camera, the no of Frame rates for a particular Camera depending on the

requirements and usage of the firm And Play backing the recorded data and

Taking the Backup for the Recorded data by connecting an additional local

drive and in a remote system by connecting in the LAN & in a Floppy as a

JPEG or BITMAP picture for a Zoomed Screen etc.

( FIRE ALARM SYSTEM:

Installation and Trouble Shooting of fire alarm system, which

includes controller (XLS 1000), Detector, Hooter and connecting of

relays for tripping the Access Doors Units in case of any fire alarm

occurs; commissioning includes creating points for each device,

creating status points to show the detector Status and monitoring the

alarm and responsibilities.

. SCADA : EBI (Enterprise Buildings Integrator_R410.1

Version).

. Controller : XLS 8000 of Control system for HVAC Automation,

Tema Access control system, IP based Series in CCTV Surveillance

Level Measurement : Actuator for HVAC control, Calibration and

troubleshooting

Temp. Measurement : Calibration and troubleshooting of Temperature
