JOB PROFILE:-
A) Lab Section:
1) Surface condition inspection the Knowledge about to the
surface coundition of steel bars visually checks for surface
defects like seams, laps cracks & Also knowledge about to
the macro-eatch method for detection of internal soundness
like porosity, segregations, piping, pin holes, internal
cracks etc.
2) Chemical analysis- the detection of the percentage of Mn & Cr
by volumetric method & Mo & Ni by gravimetric & carbon &
sulfur by leco-machine.
3) Physical & Metallurgical Test:- The Knowledge about to the
physical testing like step down test upset test & grain flow
test & Jominey Hardneability & also knowledge about
inclusion rating, grain size detection.Monitoring of final
inspection team & leading of customer complaints
4) The knowledge about to tensile testing & the knowledge about
to refer various types of standards like IS, BS, DIN & ASTM
etc.
B) Heat Treatment Section:
1) The knowledge about to the heat treatment process like
Normalize, iso-annealing, Harden & Temper i.e. (Water, Oil &
Polymer quenching ) & knowledge about to tempering temprecher
setting from as quench hardness.
2) Hardness Checking: - The knowledge about to the hardness
checking in BHN, RC, RB & Micro Vickers hardness is checking.
3) Micro structure Checking:- The knowledge about to the Mcro
structure checking for the Normalise Iso-annealing & Harden &
Tempered components.
4) MPI Testing:- The knowledge about to the magnetic partical
Inspection for creak detection.
5) Spark & spectral testing: - The knowledge about to the spark
& spectral testing for material mix up segregation.
6) The knowledge about to the making process sheat & process
qualification.
7) The knowledge about to the ISO 9000 & TS 16949 process.
