PROJECT DETAILS:

Product Description:

TMS (Transaction Management System) is a product developed exclusively for

Remittance Processing Industries in US, in other words Checks Processing

companies. This is a wholesale and retail transaction-processing product.

This product is a consolidation of multiple DLLs and EXEs performing in hub

and spoke architecture as one product. Frequent interaction happens between

the hardware on which checks and stubs are processed and the software,

which handles the business logic. Reporting is done using Crystal Reports

Project Description:

NetQuery is a Web Application, which allows the user to view the archived

bi-tonal images and data via a web interface. It provides internal and

external users with instant, totally secure online access to information

stored in the archive. In other words, NetQuery gives flexibility to

remotely view data and images stored on an archive server using standard

web browser.

The archived information can be stored for weeks or months or years for

future recall, based on the time requirements. Transaction information is

stored based on worksource. The search function allows the operator to look

up a transaction and associated images using standard and/or customized

search criteria. Access is made available through an easy-to-use

combination of tabs and function keys.

Once located, data and images that match the search query are displayed in

a row and column format. Each row is an item, such as voucher or a check.

Selecting a row will display the image. The view can be switched back and

forth from all retrieved items to only one item in the transaction. The

images can be rotated, flipped to see information on the back or zoomed in

and out. Firewalls, encryption software and login passwords provide secure

access to data and images in the archive. NetQuery includes multiple user

groups, further limiting what an individual user can see. Data

accessibility based on user authority options and password expiration dates

provides added security.

Minnesota Power: Minnesota Power is one among the existing customers of JB

software who was using TMS 2.3.X version (2-pass system) of product. TMS

product was upgraded from the older version to the existing TMS2011. As a

part of project, existing customization was implemented into the new

product and additional products including ECS (Check-21) and NQ was

provided for reducing the data entry of their check clearance system.

Customer is happy using the new client-server architecture implementation.

Salliemae: Salliemae is one among the existing customers of JB software

who was using TMS 2.3.X version (2-pass system) of product. TMS product was

upgraded from the older version to the existing TMS2011. As a part of

Project Description:

Bank of Oklahoma is replacing their existing TMS remittance processing

systems with the latest version of the TMS Image application. Bank of

Oklahoma will purchase new hardware and software to facilitate this goal.

The new platform contains TMS Image 2011, Electronic Clearing Suite (ECS),

NetQuery, Interactive Lockbox (ILB) and eCapture modules. J&B will provide

a single platform solution to the Bank of Oklahoma and upgrade both their

retail TMS 2000 and wholesale TMS 1200 systems to the single TMS 2011

platform. Electronic Capture System (ECS) version 2011 will be

incorporated to handle the electronic clearing of checks via Image Cash

Letter. Both independent retail and wholesale archives will be combined

into one single archive and Net Query will be upgraded to version 2011. The

new system is to be installed within a Hub and Spoke implementation. The

Bank of Oklahoma will be internally clearing their wholesale and retail

deposits via Check 21 using the BOK variant X9.37 image cash letter

formats.
