Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible for all QA/QC related matters. Ensures that the Quality Plan is

understood by all personnel in the organization and those requirements are

Scope of works:

The works under this project comprises the upgrading of 6 km long section

of existing main road including the construction of new highway with

bridges and underpasses, infrastructure works and landscaping.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Responsible in project supervision and management for infrastructure works

such as Surface Water, Foul Sewerage, TSE and Water works (Materials used

VC pipes, Glass Reinforced Pipes, Ductile Iron pipes for Rising, HDPE for

TSE and Ductile Iron Pipes for Waterlines, the pipes are ranging from 80 mm

to 2000 mm in diameter. Monitoring the daily activity works and take off

the quantity of progress on site including the progress of microtunnelling

works. Take off the quantity of pipes and fittings for SW, FS, TSE and

waterlines. Prepare RFI's prior for site inspection and have a joint

inspection w/ site inspectors prior for approval of the said works. Arrange

the daily progress of SW, FS, TSE and water works according to approve

RFI,s. Technical and logistic support to Section / Operation Manager.

Supervise the Sub Contractors daily works and activities. Assist sub

contractors in site supervision and management. And ensures that all work

are carried out in accordance with the established specifications and

standard safety measures to avoid loss or damage during project execution.

be follow accordingly. Monitor works implemented by the construction and

ensure that all activities must be in accordance with project specification

and drawings.

Site supervision of activities such as earthworks (embankment), drainage

system, reticulation works for F.O.E. (Fixed Operating Equipments),

communication and electrical ducts of the north Luzon toll ways mainline,

toll plaza's and interchanges. Construction of external facilities

(footings and pedestal) for F.O.E.(Fixed Operating Equipments), road

lightings, concreting of F.O.E. cable tray on bridges and construction of

bridge median parapets, repair of bridge structures and sandblasting and

painting of bridge steel structures. And ensure that all construction

activities comply with the drawings, technical specification and other

contractual obligations. Implement inspection and testing in accordance

with the LCAL Quality management plan and minimize non-conformances under

the quality management plan.
