BT-Retail is used for obtaining internet connection for home
users of BT. BT-Retail has partners like ofs,copal,morris, whenever their
partners requires a internet connection they will send message to BTR
through weblogic server. BTR process this message to open reach who is
owner for internet connection through webserver and sends back message to
BTR.
