Geoff Blakey has worked in the construction industry for 15 years as a Superintendent, Construction Quality Control Manager,
Certified Safety Trained Supervisor / Site Safety Health Officer OSHA 500, 10 hour and 30 hour trainer, Storm Water
Management Compliance Inspector, ECATTS certified. Mr.Blakey is responsible for the establishment and execution of the
project Schedule/Quality Control/Safety requirements and for ensuring construction is in accordance with plans, specifications

This project has required standard G-25 trenching for CPR requirements and directional drilling on a portion of this project to
bore and sleeve through existing 10” steel pipe, installed 2 fire hydrants for fire suppression at new gas station 5270 and a future
connection for STP (sewer treatment plant) 11. Currently he has been working on several new gas stations on Camp Pendleton
with utility support.

This is a JOC (Job Order Contract) for Joint Venture BRADY/GCE $4,000,000. ROICC NAVFAC Southwest is overseeing this
construction. Environmental services have an emergency categorical exclusion and a removal of a leaking gas valve was
completed and progress is on schedule Project completed 1/27/2013. Received Safety STAR Award.

is a single-story, 22,000 sf masonry building with a standing seam metal roof. The final contract amount was $43,747,265
(EST.).

Park side Terrace (1/2007-6/2007) Harper Construction/contract value $ 27.000.000.
Park side Terrace is a mixed-use project 7 story building located in downtown San Diego. It is comprised of 77 affordable
housing rental units, 700 SF of retail space, and the East Village Community Church. The housing portion of the project will have
an indoor community center, a computer room, common laundry facilities and an outdoor community terrace with play-
equipment. The East Village Community Church will have 300 seats, in a vaulted sanctuary featuring an iconic stained glass
cross at the corner of 14th St. & Island Avenue. The project received LEED Platinum under the USGBC Homes Pilot Program.
Renovation of Existing Bachelor Enlisted Quarters 1423, 1443 & 1607 (9/2006-12/2006) Outstanding Evaluation.
Client: MCAGCC, Twenty-nine Palms, CA.
Title: Site Safety & Health Manager / QC Manager
This project was design-build. The base bid item 0001 work included the rehabilitation of BEQ Buildings 1423 & 1443 (Contract
No.: N68711-02-D-8014 (DO #011). The scope of work included the removal and replacement of doors and finishing of
hardware, floor finishes, interior painted surfaces, window coverings; power and interior lighting, telephone/data outlets, HVAC
systems, and incidental related work. The base bid Item 0002 included the renovation of BEQ Building 1607. The scope of work
included the replacement of roof-mounted exhaust fans, hose bib vacuum breakers, HVAC modifications, heating hot water heat
exchanger, water heater, re-insulation of hot water piping, drainage piping, door hardware, card reader system, electrical,
painting, and cleaning and sealing of exterior block. The total square footage for this project was 236,445 sf. The final contract
amount was $4,997,265 (EST).
Aloft on Cortez Hill (2006-2007)

Aloft of Cortez Hill project 7 stories building is comprised of loft-inspired residences architecturally configured in platform lofts,
one bedroom, one bedroom plus a loft and two-bedrooms ranging in size from 575 square feet to 1,175 square feet. Aloft
condominiums are arranged within a low-rise, five-story building. Each home includes state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances,

laminated wood flooring, floor-to-ceiling windows, private balconies, fine granite countertops and climate controlled HVAC.
Homeowner amenities include an elegant lobby area, a resort-style lounge pool with cabanas, an outdoor sunning patio, a
courtyard highlighted with a fire pit, a fitness center with top-of-the-line gym equipment, underground parking and controlled
building access using state-of-the art security cards. The 2-level garage is 68,600 sf; the 5-story building is 132,000 sf; the total
square footage is 200,600. The final contract amount was $26,401,820 (EST).
