Dear Sir or Madam:

I am writing in response to your recent advertisement, soliciting resumes for Entry Writer/Freight

Forwarder position. Please accept this letter and accompany resume as an evidence of my

interest in applying for that position within your company.

When I was a kid, I was fascinating about airplanes and ships, owning a model of such vehicle

was my dream. When I grew up, I was particularly interested in reading the stories behind these

vehicles, trying to figure out each step and the role it plays in the international trade. After

immigration to America, I had been a scientist in the research institute and a pharmaceutical

company, however, my dream kept calling me until I came across a training school for logistics

business and I was indulged myself in the study of all the respect of this industry and the

Customs Law as well.

I believe, my qualifying skills and abilities will contribute to your business and possible

expansion in China:

attention to detail, diligence, hard work, and my consistent application of the

fundamentals,

computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, KYGL Cargo Management,

and AES, etc.

eager to learn and master the new skills quickly,

bilinguistic on English and Mandarin.

Now, I hope I will have an opportunity to further discuss with you about the position in

your firm and look forward to speaking with you soon.

Sincerely,

Kevin Mao
