computer. Recorded and entered vital signs and patients’ history in the chart. I also
performed urinalysis, A1C testing, blood glucose testing, blood draws, and lipid panels.

Caregiver, Full Time. Assisted patients in their home with daily living; took blood
pressure and temperature. I assisted with showers, prepared breakfast and lunch, and
assisted with dressing, if needed. Also, I recorded patient intake of fluids and meals daily
for the patient’s family.

October 2008
Home Health Aide. Assisted patients in their home with daily living; recorded
temperature, blood pressure and pulse, weight, if required, depending on the patient. I
assisted with showers and getting dressed; also did light housekeeping and assisted with
breakfast or lunch, if needed. If vital signs were out of range, nurse was notified at the
office. I also filed nurse’s notes, aide notes and any other correspondence that went in the
