Responsible for ensuring that $2M in potential annual contract liabilities for a
$700M+ outsourcing were not incurred. Led teams in development of metrics,

Improved program change control by streamlining the WRF process by 66%. Using 6-sigma

Designed and implemented a financial model which demonstrated a 300% return on
proposed $80M project to implement a call center to support a 350 warehouse MRO
company. Defined and coordinated nation-wide survey of 25 facilities which included
interviews and time study of all operations, then applied technology solution and
cost savings to complete model development.
Developed a functional call center for a cable company in 18 weeks with a $185K
budget, based on Client/Server model using object oriented design. Responsible for
