1.Participate in daily activity troubleshooting instrumentation and control system (DCS

ABB & PLC SIEMEN) for paper machine, recover fiber plant, water treatment plant and

power plant.

2.Prepare and execute modification and project as per request by operation and

management.

3.Prepare and delegate daily task for instrument and control system team. S uch task as

Preventative Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance.

4.Prepare planning for monthly and yearly shut down task for control system team.

5.Prepare proposal paper for upgrade projects and modification.

6.Create Work Order & SOP documentation for instrumentation and control system team.

7.Explore new equipment, system and tools to improve maintenance and production

system.

8.Communicate with vendor such as ABB and external people on the issue related

maintenance issue, project coordination and spare part.

As my work as maintenances in paper manufacturing, I have gain knowledge about

instrumentation, control system and process control. My involvement in the DCS and other

control system, give me more opportunity to understand the process control theoretically and

practical approach. Few of my achievement:

1. Develop SOP for trouble shooting basic control system such as DCS.

2. Training technicians to be proactive in the Preventative Maintenance job.

3. Develop programs to monitor instruments performance such servo valve in DCS

Value able experience

1. 2 DCS controller down and lost its parameter after power failure. We establish simple and

easy SOP for technician to recover DCS controller. Improve recovery time from 6 hour to

1hour.

2. Involve in fire incident of 5 drive panel in MCC explode and burn. Coordinate all E&I

technician and vendors. Resume production within 6day.
