dinner. 300 to 7000 customers served daily. I had direct supervision of, 10 to 15 cooks, also
skilled in menu planning and training and techniques skills.
2. CBM Contractor Food service for Sheriff’s dept. Nov 2011 to Dec 2012,
Storeroom food Supervisor at the Portsmouth Sherriff’s
Dept. Responsible for procuring, receiving, and storing food stores for the inmate population at
the Portsmouth City jail. I completed inventory, sanitation and cleaning, and maintained tempura
logs. I broke out and supplied enough food to the kitchen to feed over 400 people or inmate. In
addition to having multiple responsibly, from being a floater or extra kitchen supervisor, and also
take custody of the commissary and breaking up and offloading from truck.
3. Holiday Inn Portsmouth line cook Aug 2008 to Dec 2008

My responsiblies included opening of the restaurant, setup of the cold and hot bar, as well as the
drink Line. Breakfast eggs to order, line and menu to order, as we as cooking and keeping the
hot food line stocked. In addition to my primary responsible, I am responsible for menu planning
and preparing and serving lunch for all hotel employees. Sanitation and cleaning as I go always a
top priority
