Goals: My professional goals are to serve in a leadership position that allows me to
assist clients, co-workers, and my employer in reaching their full potential. In

Accomplishments: My greatest professional accomplishment was restructuring
employee rules at a youth shelter to ensure that clients were receiving proper
treatment, care, and respect. Additionally, I am proud of the positive outcomes of
young men and women that I have mentored during my professional career.
