PROJECT DETAILS:

Project-1: Service Number Application(SNA) New Delivery for MTN South

Africa.

Description: The implementation is on Ericsson's

Composition Engine Platform 3.0 which is capable of handles all types of

traffic like GSM,IMS,PSTN traffic, the service is deployed on the Oracle

communication converged application server(OCCAS),which is installed on the

Ericsson's Composition Engine Platform 3.0,This new SNA has different

features like Time based routing,Event based routing,Short Code

call,Concurrent Call limit,Dynamic Second called number updating, Register

Agent etc. The new delivery also has new version of Ericsson's Service

builder which felicitates the user to build services using these newly

implemented features,and also there is been new version of SNA manager

which helps Telecoms operators to mange their service numbers better.

Project-2: BT Web Hosting Delivery programme for london2012 Olympics.

Description: The implementation is on Windows Platform using

VMware Virtualization Concept. The London2012 delivery program's success is

very crucial for BT as its reputations and future business are largely

benefited by it. The Role of BT in London 2012 Program is to deliver the

Efficient Infrastructure for hosting the various Web Sites on behalf of

LOCOG during Pre- Games, Post games and During Games Time; they are number

of Web Sites being hosted in the environment provided by BT's Active -

Active Data Center Solution. The Solution comes with the lot of Scope for

Network Testing such as Link Loss Testing of the Links used in the

solution, Fail over Testing when the solution fails over to the other

active Data center, testing the connectivity to and from the Data Centers,

interconnectivity between the 2 data centers. Disaster Recovery Testing,

Backup & Recovery Testing. The solution also gives lots of scope for

Security Testing such testing the Bt net links for Arbor DDOS Attacks,

Threat of Content defacement of the site.

Project-3: Airtel Pre-paid Calling Card Services for GSM subscribers.

Description: The implementation is on the protocol CAP

V3.

In the prepaid service (PPS), a GSM

subscriber prepays calls or other services.

The implementation process is as follows: A subscriber

deposits some money in his or her account in advance by a recharge card.

When the subscriber makes a call, the system accepts or rejects the call

based on the information about the subscriber account information such as

its state, balance, and validity period. During the call, the system

charges the subscriber in real time and deducts the money from the

subscriber Account. PPS provides the enhanced service functions such as

familiarity number service (FNS), Direct Dial (DD), Management functions

Such as Recharge through IVR etc.

Project-4: TIC IRAN VOIP PPS Charging

Description : The enhanced product is delivering TIC IRAN an

option to charge its ISP's [Internet Service Providers] online for VOIP

Calls made by them, and deducts the charges using the Prepaid Card which

would be bound to the ISP Prefix ID assigned to each of the ISP's. Along

with this customized service product is also catering the base service

functions such as familiarity number service (FNS), Direct Dial (DD),

Management functions Such as Recharge through IVR etc.

Project-4: IP Contact Centre: Huawei Voice Portal (Embedded IVR)

Description: Integration of IVR functionality in UAP

3300, making UAP3300 a standalone product

with inbuilt IVR support. This makes UAP3300 a very cost effective IP

contact centre solution for small and mid-size enterprises. Huawei develops

the UAP3300 Universal Access Platform that function as the IP contact

Centre to suit the needs of medium and small enterprises. As a solution

that integrates both broadband and narrowband services, The UAP3300

provides connectivity to PSTN/PLMN, NGN, and 3G networks, supports

protocols, such as TUP, ISUP,Session Initiation Protocol (SIP).

Project-5: INNCOM GUEST FECILITATING SYSTEM

Description:

INNCOM is the Guest facilitating system, through which the guest can

control the appliances in the room by Using IP Phones, The IP Phones

working on VOIP will send the controlling instructions to the Citrix

Application gateway, in turn the Citrix Application gateway forwards those

instructions to the INNCOM server which brings in the circuit change and

brings in the status change of the appliances in the room. Testing the

functionality in the real time environment. testing the functionality

periodically without restarting AG for 30 days or more. Testing the

Request and response time. Using GXAS Emulator which has a script

modifiable to run 1000 emulator in order to check load and performance at

once to the AG server while zone paging. Virtual IP addresses are generated

to launch the emulators.
