Supervising a staff of roughly 75 employees and maintaining communication between

Facilitating the recruiting and onboarding of new employees including entering

Additionally, coordinating the training of new hires to ensure a quick and effective

transition out of the training period.

Developed training material and training program for new managers in order to ensure

HR Intern representing roughly 500 employees spread across five Frito Lay

Skill gap assessment for Frito Lay’s front-line supervisor population administered

nationally. Results of assessment provided to National Employee Development team to

create and organize training to address gaps found. Project cited on national Human

Resources annual-planning teleconference.

Extensive employee relations work including addressing issues brou ght through

corporate “Speak Up ” hotline.
