Active air sampling, Particle count,surface monitoring(RODAC plate) and

personal monitoring.

. Sampling and analysis of Water for Injection, pure steam condensate and

Purified water

. Bacterial Endotoxin Test

. Media fill test

. Growth Promotion Testing for the media used routinely.

. Maintenance & Procurement of microbial culture.

. Pathogen testing

. Bioburden test for inprocess samples

. Microbial Limit test for finished product, raw material & packeging

material.

. Carrying out sterility test of the finished product & in-process bulk by

direct inoculation method as well as membrane filtration method.

. Calibration of Micropipete,pH meter,Conductivity meter,Heating

block,TOC,Colony Counter.
