Job description as a Maintenance worker to perform all requests from the Maintenance

Director.

Serving the needs and concerns of 110 residents in their apartments and patio homes.

Maintenance duties included

• HVAC troubleshooting and preventive maintenance

• Door hardware repairs and lock assemblies

• Drywall repair and painting

• Lighting fixture repair or replacement

• Repair or replace water faucets and supply lines. Solder copper joints as

needed

• Troubleshoot cable issues. Install splitters and coax connectors

• Change out electrical outlets/switches

• Set up for resident activities

• Power washing using 3100 psi with a turbo head attachment

• Landscaping, gardening and general clean up

• Occasionally drive a 14 passenger bus...handicapped accessible lift

• Submit a daily work log to the Director

• Worked unsupervised as I acted as the sole on duty maintenance person in

charge
