2 SHORT TERM CONSULTING ENGAGEMENTS - 2007 to 2013
THEODORE ALEXANDER, Ho Chi Min City, Vietnam, 2009-Present: Serving as
Consultant for the development of a new subsidiary to become a 'to the
trade' custom operation including, but not limited to: Custom case goods,
custom upholstery, & fabrics and accessories designed specifically for the
architecture & design community as well as the contract and hospitality
industries. Engaged in all due diligence, including A&D acceptance and
endorsement, in addition to lease negotiations and designer amenities for
the 'footprint' showroom in New York and London. Developed architectural
and interior design for brick and mortar facility, as well as virtual
business plans formatted for the new endeavor. Promoting and defining
marketing approach for new 'branding'.
THOMAS MOSER CABINETMAKERS, Auburn, MN, 2007-2009: Consultant for trade
and export activities for THOS MOSER and new subsidiary MOSERFORM.
Completed marketing and strategic responsibilities as well as distribution
and product development and long term planning. Elected to the Board of
Advisers during this period.
UPPER SOUTH STUDIO / THE PRIORY PROJECT, Winston-Salem, NC, 2008-2009:
Retained consultant to redefine the internal and exterior network to allow
for translation of existing patterns from hospitality application to
conform more easily to the institutional and residential markets as well.
Hired new sales representatives as well as procured a full-line designer
showroom in FL to significantly improve exposure and sales. Implementing a
newer fresher approach to marketing and promotion of the brand.
GARAGE TECH VENTURES CANADA, Montreal, QP, 2007: Retained as the prime
consultant to the venture capital group to develop and mature plans to
build and operate a new design center in Dubai, UAE. Developed business
plans as well as traveled often to Dubai to meet with local executives of
SAMA DUBAI and with executives from NAKHEEL as well as other local
development entities to create a partnership.

20 years that was designed as a hybrid to existing 'legacy' centers, with
an 'open door' policy directly aimed to the consumer while accommodating
the traditional A&D community.

Recruited to reorganize existing design facility to meet the actual needs
of the existing tenants and design community alike. Responsible for
marketing, tenant relations, operations and recruitment of new tenants.

imported Contemporary and Modern furnishings market. Developed successful
methods and platforms for international corporations to brand and
personalize their products to achieve an immediate connection between the
