Directed high-end residential new construction and remodels, with crews of 8-10 tradesmen.
Projects ranged from 4,500 sq. ft. to 11,000 sq. ft. luxury homes. Included hillside
construction and a custom walk-in pantry. Most projects involved extensive take-offs and
changes during construction.

Project Manager
Oversaw commercial and residential new construction, remodels, and tenant improvements.
Included recreation centers, food courts, pools, landscapes, parking lots, medical and office
buildings, and single/multi-family residences. Managed up to 13 jobs concurrently
throughout Southern California. Attended weekly board-of-director meetings; reported
project status, and discussed timelines for future projects.
Negotiated with city planning committees to obtain plan approval.

and Toys R Us. Preserved national clients’ mobilization schedule.
• Spearheaded $25 million oil land agricultural remediation program, securing 182-lot
infill project approval. Delivered 20%+ return.
