2. Personal statement.
I have finished University of Maritime in Szczecin BS, Mechanics and
Machine Construction, specialization of Marine Power Plant Operation. (I
have 27 years old). I am engineer with big heart to work, I can work
everywhere, with people from around the world.
I am a hardworking proactive 3rd Engineer with varied experience on board
different vessels. Including DP experiance on Cable layers DP2,
Construction flex lay.
With a strong 'can do' attitude and solid respect for health and safety
awareness, my skills and knowledge lead me to be a strong contribution to
any engine room.
I am friendly and respectful individual with the ability to build immediate
working relationships with crew members from any nationalities. I am of
sober habits while under contract and will follow and respect any company's
drug and alcohol policy.

Second vessel during my study, I was there on the position Engine cadet,
vessel was working on Baltic Sea. Teachers on this vessel were testing our
knowledge.

My first contract, in my life during my study. I spent 5 months on the
position Wiper.

German "PROJEX" I was working first time on watches, I take care auxiliary
machinery, separators, boiler, sewage system,
bilge system, bunkering fuel, fuel system, pneumatic system, fresh water
system, sea water system, maintenance all equipment in engine room.

My first offshore experience, this vessel was belong to SubSea7 I was there
only for one trip. I was responsible for main engines, auxiliary engines,
also sea water, fresh water, bilge, sludge, fuel systems. . I have good
opinions from this contract.

Owner was from Abu Dhabi "Zakher Marine", two main engines with two shafts, connected by gearbox, I was responsible for maintenance both engines,

electric 14400KW, owner SubSea7 ) 15-06-2011 to 16-07-2011
I was watch keeping engineer responsible for, main engines Wartsila (W7L32
and W8L32), all maintenances, six thrusters Wartsila FS300-SL/WN
Responsible for maintenance and overhauls Wartsila W7L32 and W8L32
generator sets. As a third engineer I was also responsible for watch
keeping during offshore loading and discharging. Involved in overhauls main
engine,..
Organize jobs according Preventive Maintenance system (PM) in safe manner
using safety tools such JRA (job risk assessment), PTW (permit to work),
LO/TO (lock out - tag out). Also organize pre-task and pre-job meetings and
inform all involved personnel for potential hazardous for each task.
I was responsible for fuel system, bilge system, sludge system, oil system,
also repair pumps on above systems, and valves.
