Working as a production engineer in paintshop department.

For schedule adherence for Painting with right quality and right products first time

Painting defects study &brainstorming to prevent them

Trouble Shooting of related paint booth & Painting

. Paint shop system handling.

Maintain DFT as per customer requirement.

Control of paint consumption.

Responsible for monitoring and controlling Process Rejection.

Preparation & updating and changing SOP for various stages.

Responsible for Manpower Handling and Line Balancing

Maintain & monitoring the Oven Temperature.

Responsible for all Pre-Treatment & Painting activity

Audit of Painted Product Paint line.

Taking regular meeting for achieving Targets, promoting for KAIZEN and suggestions.

Daily, Weekly, Monthly reporting to Production Manager & Plant Manager.

.kaizen (continuous improvement) for improving paintshop efficiency.

Poka yoke, 5’s’ for better process control.

Achieving Daily, Monthly production target.

SPECIAL ACHIEVEMENTS

1. Established a new QP station for Inspection of painting defects and Rework after painting of Chassis.

2. Receive award & certificate by Sr. Vice President (MFG & SM) in AKRAMAN SAMMAN 2012 of M & M for Max.CIT & Best Safety CIT.
