-Control all aspects of department

-Maintain necessary control to keep expenditures within budgetary limitations scrap, overtime,

-Maintain high efficiency rate within department
-Provide necessary tools, equipment, and resources to associates
-Motivate associates using positive re-enforcement
-Provide new associates with thorough department orientation
-Coach and counsel associates in accordance with policies and procedures when necessary
-Maintain all related documentation, and production reporting, and all logs
-Support 6s, TC Circle and Kaizen programs
-Maintain running inventory of materials
-Control morale
