through developers and general contractors. Handled various

aspect of mechanical work with the sub-contractors and

drawings and the field conditions.

? 1994-2005 Worked with Earth Mechanical corp. as

Mechanical consultant, Estimator & Project manager of the

company.

? Worked on quite a few different projects including Red

Hook Community justice center in Brooklyn. The project was

worth $ 2.5 million for mechanical work. Handled the whole

project including coordination of drawings and managing. The

project includes a unique array of roof top A/C units with

multiple zones from one units with VAV zones. Handled the

whole project with the sub-contractors including their

change orders and materials. Dealt with the design engineers

and the architect in concern of change orders.

? Worked on different NBC building projects at 30

Rockefeller Plaza projects with the General contractor.

Handled various type of project including computer rooms

projects with Liebert A/C units with chilled water piping.

Handled the projects with the sub-contractors and their

change orders smoothly. Bought all the equipment & material

thru the distributors efficiently.

? 1993-1994 Worked with Swift Mechanical Corp. as an

estimator, purchaser.

? Handled New York telephone building renovation

projects. Ranging from 3 million to $500,000.00. Handled all

the aspect of dealing with the sub-contractors including

running the job on time and their change orders regarding

the material cost and the labor.

? 1985-1992 Worked with United Air-conditioning Corp. as

a purchaser, estimator and a project manager.

hundred thousand dollars.

? Handled College of Staten Island Willow brook campus.

The project was worth $ 5 million dollars for HVAC work

alone. Co-ordinated the project with other trades including

general const. and swiftly handled all the aspect of the

project including change orders. Dealt with all the

sub-contractors regarding the project work and the change

orders in timely fashion. Made sure that the material & the

labor will be at the work site on time and done smoothly.

? Worked on Hospital of special surgery with the general

contractor, worth $ 1.5 million dollars. The HVAC project

consists of installing chillers and air handlers of various

degrees. Handled the sub contractors and their change orders

swiftly and smoothly. Use to deal with the change orders

through the drawings changes and coordination with the base

drawings as well.

based on the company requirements, including purchasing of

sub contractors work and equipment & material as required.

? 1985 Graduated with Associates degree in HVAC from

City University Of NY (NYC Technical College).

? 1976 Graduated from Delhi College of Engineering, New

Delhi, India in Mechanical Engineering
