Aquasco, MD- Mechanical Superintendent

Responsible for installation of various equipment at Coal-Fired Plant including: Wet Scrubber,

Lime On-Loading systems, Off-Loading systems, Absorber, Ball Mill, Tanks and conveyors.

Directly supervised 60 craftsmen in the assembly of all equipment conveyors and turned

conveyors over to start-up. Responsible for alignment of all equipment including Howden Fans,

setting equipment and dust collectors. Performed lubrication and preventive maintenance on

equipment and worked with start-up in the equipment turnover. Ensured all paperwork was

completed. Planned construction activities and attended construction meetings. Monitored

safety of individuals.

Responsible for SCR and Bag House installation at Coal-Fired Facility. Supervised 225 direct

craftsmen in the assembly of PA/SA Fans, ID and FD Fans, Air and Pre Air Heater, Balance of

Plant equipment, bag house installation, structural steel for bag house and the crusher. Planned

construction activities and attended construction meetings. Monitored safety of individuals and

ensured installation was completed per design.

TIC 2007

Coshocton, OH- Mechanical/Structural Supt.

Responsible for New Ethanol Plant equipment installation and leading structural and mechanical

installation and operation of equipment. Management of 180 people. Planned and directed craft

leads to complete construction activities. Responsible for procurement, accepting equipment

from vendors and storage and served as Safety Response Coordinator.

TIC 2005-2006

Cross, SC- General Foreman

Responsible for direct craft supervision of 122 employees. Assembled the Preheater, Coal

Feeder and built the Pulverizers, Finished assembly ahead of schedule. Maintained, serviced,

repaired, adjusted, modified and upgraded machines and equipment in service. Trained

personnel in safe, efficient and effective operations while planning and directing work to be

performed.

TIC 2004-2005

Harleysville, SC- General Foreman

Responsible for direct craft supervision 0f 30 employees for the assembly of the Clinker Cooler,

mechanical construction n the Preheat Tower, Dedusting Ducts and the Bucket Elevator. Also

supervised completion of the Finish Mill for turnover to the client. Problem solver in high

pressure-atmosphere, consistently maintaining a professional and concerned manner. Maintained

quality control of all work completed. Researched and planned training schedules to improve

skills and productivity.

TIC 2003-2004

Ackerman, MS-General Foreman

Responsible for direct craft supervision of 60 employee4s for the assembly of 2 Siemens

Westinghouse Turbine Generators and the balance of plant equipment. Was responsible for

planning and scheduling the crew in safe work practices, efficient utilization of craft workers,

interfacing with vendor reps and engineers. Order and track inventory to ensure components

were received and installed. Knowledge in the use of precision instruments to align generators.

TIC 2002-2003

Hot Spring, AR- General Foreman

Responsible for direct craft supervision of 160 employees for the assembly of 2 Siemens 501

series CCGT Westinghouse Generators and the balance of plant equipment. Handle planning and

scheduling for mechanical crew. Performed spot check and quality assurance inspections on

work in progress. Planned and organized work team, successfully completing all projects on time

and under budget.

TIC 2002

Goldendale, WA- General Foreman

Responsible for direct craft supervision for the assembly of a 140MW Hitachi Steam Turbine

Generator and all balance of plant equipment including ACC and Cooling Tower Fans, Pumps

and other rotating equipment. Trained personnel in safety and efficient operations resulting in a

perfect safety record.

NEPCO 2002

El Dorado, AR- General Foreman

Responsible for direct craft supervision for the assembly of 8 GE 7FA Combustion Turbine

Generator and all auxiliary system equipment.

TIC 2001

Roopville, GA- General Foreman

Responsible for direct craft supervision for the assembly of 4 GE 7FA Combustion Turbine

Generator and all auxiliary system equipment. Monitored strict use of project management

procedures and systems, successfully completing all projects on time and under budget

TIC 2000-2001

San Marcos, TX- General Foreman

Responsible for direct craft supervision for the assembly of 4 ABB Inline Combustion Turbine

Generator and all auxiliary system equipment. Two Turbines were air cooled and 2 were water

cooled. Directing millwrights ensuring all tolerances were within design specifications on

equipment installed. Planned activities, rigging, storage and installation, maintaining safe and

proper techniques were used in installation.
