I have done the academic project on AUTOMATIC 5AH CONTAINNER BY USING

AUTOMATIC PUNCHING MACHINE. At Amaraja group of batteries limited at karkambadi

road tirupathi chitoor district.

Role

1. Modification is to be done here we used in this machine pneumatic cylinders, sensors reed

switches, photo sensors.

2. Basically in manual version we are approaching traditional methods. But in automatic

methods we are used in updated methods or sophisticated methods.

3. Basically manual is a fixed method, but in automatic mode a little problems are to be faced

regarding location of sensors.

4. Arrangement of roller conveyer is fixing is very risky for manual method we implemented

new technique and we fabricated the design of roller conveyer.

5. Maximum 10 bar pressure is given for every pneumatic cylinder but in automatic we decreases

that pressure into 6 bar

6. For every pneumatic cylinder output air is entered into atmosphere but in automatic point of

view its air is used for recalculated and its function to back the stroke.

7. in automatic machine point of view we used read D213 switch type sensor and square type

defused proximity sensor and solenoid coils.
